Spaghetti Skillet, From the Taste of Home Cookbook. This is a light recipe that can be done under 30 minutes. You don’t have to cook the spaghetti before adding it to the skillet., Omitted the sausage, used 1, 15 oz can of tomato sauce and added an onion., I was thrilled to see a one pot spaghetti recipe. I added a little garlic and swapped in onion for the mushrooms because my husband doesn’t like mushrooms. It was great and really easy. Next time I would cook the celery a couple of minutes before adding the meat because it was a little crunchy and I would add 50% more water and pasta because my husband prefers less sauce, more noodles, but the taste was terrific.

In a Large Skillet, Cook Beef and Sausage Over Medium Heat Until No Longer Pink; Drain. Add the Remaining Ingredients. Bring to a Boil. Reduce Heat; Cover and Simmer For 14-16 Minutes or Until Spaghetti Is Tender. |
