SAUTEED CHICKEN with CURRIED APPLES,A tasty winter-warmer-upper for those living in the snow-belt.,Well, not great at all. Followed to a Tee – except added more CURRY as others suggested. Even with the extra curry, My SO didn’t even notice the Curry (although the house STILL smells of Curry the next morning!) The Texture of the Sauce is just weird because of the chicken being simmered in the wine. And even with the small amount of sugar, the apples were very tart. Kinda a waste of ingredients & effort.,The chicken turned out great! Didn’t love the apples as much as I thought I would, they were okay.

Trim Breasts of Fat. |

Season Chicken With 1 Tsp Curry Powder, Salt and Pepper. |

Heat 2 Tbsp Butter in a Skillet on Medium Heat. |

Saute For 5 Minutes on Each Side, or Until Golden. |

Pour in Wine and Bring to Boil. |

Reduce Liquid Until Only About 2 Tbsps Remain. |

Reduce Heat. |

Add Yogurt or Whipping Cream. |
