Directions
Shrimp and Pasta Primavera, This came from the first onslaught of zucchini from my garden, coupled with a handful of this-n-that from the fridge. A very forgiving recipe – more of a technique to me – as the ingredients can be interchanged to suit tastes and fridge contents., My husband is the cook in our house Im the baker. He made this tonight. He modified it by omitting the broccoli, using red onions, adding red bell peppers, carrots, mushrooms, and red pepper flakes. He used some of the pasta water to thicken the sauce. He also roasted some fresh garlic in the oven to dice on top. Seriously, restaurant quality!!
