Directions
Almond Sunshine Citrus, From TOH Everyday Light Meals cookbook and they suggest serving it with pork for dinner, but I think it would be equally as good for breakfast or brunch Make sure you allow time for this to be refrigerated overnight , The almond extract made this citrus salad quite special!, Definitely good almost anytime of day! I made this intending it for 2 mornings in a row, but it was all gone before mid-day! We thoroughly enjoyed the combo of citrus fruits ~ outstandingly so, in fact! Thanks for sharing this great recipe! [Made & reviewed in Healthy Choices ABC tag]
