Mediterranean Salmon Fillets Baked in Foil,Those who have cooked fish in foil in the past will know what a great method this is and for those who haven’t may want to give it a try to see what you are missing!—you will need heavy-duty foil for this, for the best flavor I would recommend not to omit or substitute any ingredients you may adjust all amounts to suit taste.,Not a favorite. I felt the flavor of the salmon got lost with all the other ingrediants,This was good, and so easy, but it wasn’t as fabulous as I expected. The flavors didn’t seem to blend together as I’d hoped they might. Still, you can’t beat the easy cleanup and quick preparation. I might choose these again if I’m in a hurry.
