Directions
Thai-Style Tilapia, A very easy and really interesting way to prepare this fish. Simmered in a seasoned coconut milk sauce for a luxurious flavor, these will look beautiful served over a bed of basmati rice., Delicious and fast . I added a little fish sauce and used almond flour instead of whole almonds. I served with frozen baby green beans I steamed in pan with a tiny bit of water and then added chili paste, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil and tossed until done., Tasty, easy, healthy, tasty… I added 2 ts sugar and 2 ts lime juice after tasting. And used the whole lot of sauce for only 2 fish portions, not too much sauce at all.
