Good for you, too!,I love this recipe, I double the recipe and put all dry ingrediants in a bag, In the morning I simply add wet ingrediants to it and bake it, Makes my breakfast prep so fast and easy. Its so versatile too! my husband and kiddies love it with milk, I eat it with yogurt. Sometimes I simply make another pan in the evening and serve it warm with whipped creme and coffee. Its so filling, and sweet without being terribly unhealthy. use oldfashioned oats.
