Easy Chocolate Chewies (Cookies), These cookies are so easy to make and so rich and fudgy :), I have to bake cookies a lot for our church so I’m always looking for quick and easy and good recipes These are wonderful and so easy to make Thank you so much for this recipe It saved me a lot of time and trouble , Its a shame i have to give so many of these away! I wanted to hand mix because my mixer doesnt like to mix thick batter which i figured this would be used devils food cake, added 1/2 cup mini chips and an extra tbsp and a half of water to ease mixing a bit around 9 minutes they were spread and cracked beautifully on top I got alittle less then four dozen soft, fudgy cookies – ill post pics when i assemble my trays and update on how well freezeing went over – but freshly baked they taste wonderful and these will definatly have a place in our cookie rotation lol, thanks kitten *update* Im so embarassed to be updateing so soon, but i decided i would just have to make another batch because friends came over and devoured the few i saved for the house! i put 12 in the microwave for two minutes and they were still very tastey
