    Bread Machine Basic Pizza Dough, First made in August, 2003. Absolutely the best pizza dough I’ve ever made. I made calzones for the first time with this. I like to add sugar to the dough or maybe garlic or some other spice for added flavor. Even cheese is great!, Our favourite way pizza crust recipe. Works well both using it directly from the machine after the dough finishes, or letting it sit under a tea towel and rise for an hour or two. It rolls well at the edges to make a stuffed crust too!
