Stove Top Chicken in Mustard Sauce, I got this recipe from a blog called Kalyn’s Kitchen I made it tonight and it is plate licking good We felt the sauce was just perfect, not too much of anything The sauce is a little thin but delicious Hope you like it , This was wonderful! We both licked the plates when we were done I added a bit of cayenne and did have to thicken the sauce a bit with cornstarch Put it over pasta and had a bit of baked broccoli on the side – heaven! I’ve already passed this recipe on to all the folks at work Definitely a keeper , Awesome chicken dinner! But I have to tell you that I made a few changes nothing drastic but I find it hard to leave a good recipe alone! Thought I had sour cream but didn’t so I omitted that and added a bit of milk instead We like a thicker sauce so I added a bit of cornstarch to thicken and a few capers for more flavour! Yum the sauce was lovely and a lovely consistency served with chicken flavoured rice with mixed veggies and cashews and carrots on the side What a great meal hubby was almost licking the plate He didn’t say more than a few words during dinner as he wolfed it down I will make this again and again but next time will be for guests ! Thanks so much for posting this winner!
