Homemade Potato Chips,There’s nothing like homemade potato chips. But make sure you only serve them to people who will appreciate them — for the rest you could just buy a bag at the store!,I made these chips and they were a hit with my husband. I added kosher salt to the water during soaking and they were already nicely salted when they came out of the oil. Trying to cut them thin was a feat. Next time I will use a large mandolin.
