Kefta Tajine (Moroccan Spiced Meatballs W/ Eggs in Tomato Sauce), Classic Moroccan Tagine A tagine is a subtly flavored stew, served over couscous or rice This one makes a nice dinner served with salad and fresh bread , I made this recipe came out awesome but, I had to split the recipe because me tajine could not fit all the ingredients what size tajine should I be using for something like this?, Delicious! I was a bit uncertain about using the eggs when I first read the recipe but they went well with thre rest I loved the suggestion of using cumin in the couscous Thanks!
