Lemon Baked Cod

Features:
    Cuisine:

I guess I expected more of a crusty top even after turning once. It tasted good though and will try it again. I will try Txladyflygirl's method of broiling it to get it more crispy.

Lemon Baked Cod, Great baked cod recipe , I guess I expected more of a crusty top even after turning once It tasted good though and will try it again I will try Txladyflygirl’s method of broiling it to get it more crispy , It was very good I soaked the cod in coconut milk for 20 minutes and then drained it and patted it dry Took the fishy smell out and could taste the sweetness of the coconut milk a bit Also I baked it for 25 minutes then broiled it to get it more crispy
