1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons italian seasoning finely grind with your fingers
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 onion, sliced thin 1/4"inch

    I love this recipe, combined with a garlic aioli sauce. The only thing I do different is I broil the peppers and onions in the oven, just enough that they start to sear but stay somewhat crisp! my family likes different amount of peppers so we add them to the sandwich on top of the meat.

    Place the Sliced Beef in a Large Bowl.
