Directions
Pork Chops in Onion Sauce (Schweinekotelett in Zwiebelsosse),Easy, simple and fast. Scalloped potatoes go very well with these chops.,My thinking is that the chops are being kept warm while you are making the sauce no need for further cooking.,I am going to make this tonight. I noticed no one responded to how long to bake the chops. Generally, medium-thick bone-in chops can be baked for 25-30 minutes in a 425 degree oven. I will let you know how this works!
