Baked Italian Sausage With Potatoes and Rosemary, A hearty, flavoursome really quick to prepare and assemble one dish meal. Bill Granger’s recipe from the Lifestyle Food Channel., So easy and delicious. I left out the bread, and added onions and chili powder. The potatoes came out deliciously crispy and perfect. The rosemary was a perfect touch. Thanks!, This was really good, with some tweaks. I added an onion, and did not measure any of the ingredients. Since so many reviews said that the results were dry, used a foil lid the entire time, and added about 1 cup of water towards the end. Even with all these tweaks, it still came out dry, so I made a dip out of mayonaise, mustard and Sriracha hot sauce. Yum!One more note: the bread, as many other have said, is the best part–use more! Maybe 4-5 slices.
