Melt Oil and Butter in Frypan. (use a Large Electric Frypan but If Cooking on a Stovetop a Large Saucepan Will Do). |

Add Diced Garlic, Onions, Carrots, Mushrooms and Bacon and Fry For a Few Mins 'til Soft. |
