Chicken Souvlaki Salad

Features:
    Cuisine:

I made a few changes... namely: Left dry Oregano in 1 whole juice of a lemon. Doubled the spices, herbs and Greek yoghurt for 4 chicken breasts chopped into shish size pieces and skewered and cooked with separate mushrooms coated in raw fresh garlic (*obviously less time is required). 3 - 4 hours to marinade chicken stirring twice (*longer would be better). Then cooked over a BBQ. Taste was sublime.

It has a definite Greek taste and is very low-cal! Time does not include marinating (if you chose to do so).,I made a few changes… namely: Left dry Oregano in 1 whole juice of a lemon.
