1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon salt

    Melt Butter. Sprinkle Meat With Garlic Powder and Brown Meat.

    Remove from Pan and Place Onions and Peppers in Pan and Cook Until Tender-Crisp.
