Thai Coconut Rice,Creamy coconut combined with a little bite from red pepper flakes and ginger, create a delicious rice dish to accompany a wide range of entrees.,used basmati rice, because that is what I had on hand, and made this in a rice cooker. It was awesome. I will absolutely make it again. Thanks!,Made this for dinner tonight and it was delicious! We made it in the rice maker with zero issues.
