Easy Pork Chops, These chops come out of the oven so moist and juicy. Can also be done on the grill., This method of cooking wrapping in foil and baking it causes the chop to dry out and leave all the juice in the foil. It was totally dried out. Worst pork chop I ever had. Yuck, I wish I could give it higher. The pork was tough with a soggy browned top. The onions were pale and basically boiled. The juice was great, caught in the foil, though. Any little prick and the pan needs washing anyway, so cleanup wasn’t wonderful.
