Fortune Restaurant Shrimp Walnut, I have not tried this recipe, It is for an ISO on the recipe request board. It looks very tasty and not very difficult to make., Since my Fiance likes this dish from a local restaurant I decided to try it. The preparation took longer than I expected. I followed the recipe exactly except used corn starch instead of the Water chestnut starch. The sauce was not sweet enough and the walnuts didn’t carmelize like I expected. The shrimp was done perfectly and had an excellent flavor – A new way to cook my shrimp. If I make this dish again I would want to have a nice glaze on the Walnuts and would add some honey to sweeten sauce. Thanks for taking the time to post this recipe., I have not tried this recipe, It is for an ISO on the recipe request board. It looks very tasty and not very difficult to make.
