    in a Wok Place Onto the Stove Top Over a High Heat and After 2 Minutes Add in the 2 Tablespoon of Oil and When in Start to Smoke Add in the Ginger and Stir Fry For a Minute Add in the Marinade Beef and Stir Fry and About Halfway Done Pour Into a Warm Plate and Set Aside.

    Clean the Wok Out With Some Paper Towel and Place the Back Onto the Stove Top Over a High Heat and the Late of the Oil and Green and Red Peppers, Onion and Baby Bok Choy and Stir Fry For Two Minutes and Pour the Beef and Combine the Mixture and in the Chicken Stock and Bring to a Boil and Add Some of the Cornstarch Mixture to Thicken the Mixture and Add in the 2 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce and Rice Wine and Simmer For a Minute.
