Rotel Spicy Skillet Chicken, Found this recipe in a magazine and it looked wonderful so I decided to try it and it’s absolutely great , Meal was outstanding RealGood!! I put a bit of a twist on it by lightly seasoning B4 browning a pinch of salt lemon pepper regular pepper used chicken thighs cutted strips Before I put Rotel in I mixed in 2 dashes of Balsamic Vinegar wit Rotel–a little spinach chopped red onions and sweet onions/garlic Sped it up wit Redhead leaf lettuce @ last 5 minutes of cooking on stove top, I only simmered 20min instead of 25 Used no Rice mushrooms/mozzarella, Spaghetti was used, I place strips of Velveeta cheese on top of cooked spaghetti added chicken Rotel sauce mix then put sharp cheddar on top put in 350 degree oven for bout 20-25 min or until cheese melted into a creamy sauce My daughter and I enjoyed this very much (I MEAN WE GRUBBED) Try it sure you’ll like it , It’s all in the original post enjoy

In Large Skillet, Cook Chicken in Hot Oil Until Brown. Add Onion and Garlic, Saute Until Tender, About 5 Minutes. |

Add Mushrooms and Rotel Tomatoes; Reduce Heat. Cover and Simmer 25 Minutes, Stirring Occasionally Until Meat Is Done. |
