Savory Smoked Sausage and Vegetable Skillet

    Not as healthy, but we like this done in a skillet with olive oil. I fry the potatoes and peppers first. Then when they are almost done I add the sausage. Salt and pepper on the table if someone wants it, but the sausage is enough spice for us. Sometimes I add cabbage to the skillet. Yum

Then when they are almost done I add the sausage. Salt and pepper on the table if someone wants it, but the sausage is enough spice for us. Sometimes I add cabbage to the skillet. Yum,This was surprisingly very good, given how simple the recipe is. I didn’t add any extra seasonings, but the sausage flavored everything very nicely. used both red and green bell peppers and kielbasa.

    Cover and Simmer Over Medium Heat 15 to 25 Minutes, Stirring Occasionally, Until Potatoes Are Soft.
