Chicken Souvlaki Kabobs, This is excellent served with pita bread, a garlicky tzaziki and a crisp, green salad The marinade can also be used with veal , I am gonna try it very soon By 1/4 tsp salt and pepper you meant 1/4 tsp salt + 1/4 tsp pepper ? Or you meant salt and pepper combined its 1/4 tsp ?, Wow! This was SO delicious! Some inadvertent modifications I made: I only had smoked paprika, so used it I doubled the garlic Couldn’t find savory, so I left it out Forgot the white vinegar! Left everything else the same, and marinated 4 hours Cooked on skewers, over propane WAS SO DELICIOUS!!! Am making again tonite!
