    Chris’s Breakfast Casserole, For my nephew; he doesn’t like cheese but you could put it on if you like Ore ida has obrien potatoes that would make this easier , This is a deliciously hearty breakfast full of veggies and meat Made as directed (except for the sausage) and it turned out very nice Loved the addition of the potatoes, mushrooms and spinach I did cook the potatoes for a longer period of time on top of the stove just to be sure they were going to be tender enough This makes a great breakfast or brunch dish for sure Made for PRMR, November, 2013

    Fry Bacon and Sausage; Remove.

    Spray Pam Around Pan Also.

    Add Onions, Pepper, Potatoes and Garlic to Grease/Pam Mixture.
