Veal Parmigiana, This is like my Chicken Parmesan, but this one goes into the oven to cook. We love this one a lot too! I serve boiled Parsleyed potatoes with this., Just got it in the oven. Hoping for the best. My 1st time cooking veal. Took me 45 minutes to prep tho, Howdy, I’m concerned about the cook time for this… the cutlets will cook through on the stovetop in about 1 or 2 minutes. If I put it in the oven for another 30 minutes, won’t it be overcooked? Thanks
