This was very quick and easy to make. used 1/4 tsp pepper in this and buttered my baked potato before adding the topping and DH added a bit of cheese on his. I only made one potato for each person, so we finished off the extra topping sloppy joe-style. Very good both ways. Thanks.

Hamburg Casserole, This is an early 1960’s recipe Makes a hearty casserole in little or no time Can be doubled easily Step up the chili powder a bit if you like , I enjoyed this carreole very much, made mashed potatoes and it was much like eating a turkey dinner with all the flavours , This was SO good I think the stuffing was great in it It was SUPER easy to make But I was amazed how great it was I was a little sceptical about the chili powder and stuffing but it was fantastic!!

Fry the Chopped Onion in a Little Fat Till Mostly Done.

Add the Hamburg and Fry Till Done, Breaking Up Into Pieces.

Add the Soup, Mustard, Catsup, Salt, and Pepper.

Simmer For a Few Minutes.

Serve Over Mashed Potato, Etc.
