Side Dish Roasted Brussels Sprouts,used to think that Brussels Sprouts were gross. But I never had them roasted, only steamed. Roasting brings out a whole new flavor that is very enjoyable.,The insides were soft and chewy but the outsides were burnt. It didn’t have much flavor, tasted like burnt brussel sprouts. I followed instructions exactly. If used this recipe again, i would tweak the temp/time,When I make roasted Brussel sprouts, they never make it out of the kitchen. My friend and I pick at them until I have to make another vegetable. Great flavor, little work.:-)
