Simply – Egg Salad, Sometimes ‘simple’ is best Quick to prepare, and always delicious I like it best when served on fresh croissants with crispy lettuce Servings will vary depending on how much you pile it on 🙂 Cooking time is time needed to chill , Egg Salad sandwiches are one of my two favorite sandwiches, along with Tuna Salad My added ingredients are almost the same for both (no mustard, or olives in the Tuna Salad) I add dill pickles, celery, and black olives, chopped appropriately And, I’m a fanatic’ about ‘Miracle Whip’, I NEVER use it, only Mayo Don’t like the sweetness in ‘Miracle Whip’ A little more fussing/time needed with my extra ingredients, but the added flavors are great , simple is better! this is how i make mine, but i add a little bit of onion, & my secret ingredient-a shake of old bay seasoning 🙂
