Vegetable-Loaded Tibetan Noodle Delight: A Flavorful Journey

I really like this recipe. The flavour is subtle but deep and complex and I enjoy the contrast of the potato with the noodle texturally. I have added other vegetables just to suit what I've in the larder but it's best as the recipe sets it out. I do find that I need a bit more oil to keep it moist.

Tibetan Noodles with Vegetables, Called Tse Ping, this is a vegetarian version of a dish often served at weddings and other Tibetan celebrations., I really like this recipe. The flavour is subtle but deep and complex and I enjoy the contrast of the potato with the noodle texturally. I have added other vegetables just to suit what I’ve in the larder but it’s best as the recipe sets it out. I do find that I need a bit more oil to keep it moist., This was just okay for us. It was a treat to have wood ear mushrooms and was my first time preparing and eating them. I thought the dish was easy to make but lacked something in the flavor. I wish my camera was working so I could take a picture and post it. It’s very different and I don’t think I’ve combined these ingredients before. Definitely a unique dish that I’m glad I tried. Thank you for posting.
