    Addictive Chicken Tenders (One Taste and You’re Addicted),I found this recipe on a low-carb site, (DH is doing a low-carb diet). I modified it some and DH says the name is very appropriate. He craves this so I end up making it once or twice a week. Good thing it is easy!,Used this recipe as a guide, and it was good. Left out the Oregano, added garlic and onion powder as others suggested.,Not a big fan. We cut all the ingredients in half and cooked on a rack as others had recommended. The herbs were still too strong and overpowered the chicken. I would agree that it was salty even though we cut the salt down and used unsalted butter. I would leave salt out all together. I do have to say the chicken was not dried out and it was very easy to make and that is why the 2 stars. I probably would not make again.

    Preheat Oven to 350.

    Combine All Dry Ingredients.

    Line a Shallow Pan With Foil.

    Melt Butter in a Shallow Dish.

    Dip Each Piece in Butter Then Roll in Seasoning Mixture and Place in Pan.

    Bake For 20-30 Minutes or Until Chicken Is Done.
