    Yum! I usually really like Cooking Light recipes, and this was another great example. It was easy to make and delivered on flavor. I made the recipe as is and we all enjoyed the result. The chicken has a nice crust due to the pan frying. The sauce was very thin but that's the way it's intended in this recipe. It was flavorful and wonderful spooned over the chicken.     Combine First 4 Ingredients in a Shallow Dish.

    Dredge Chicken in Flour Mixture.

    Heat Oil in an Ovenproof Skillet Over Medium Heat.

    Add Chicken; Cook 2 Minutes on Each Side or Until Browned.
