Chicken Sourdough Cobbler, This recipe has tremendous flavor and the sourdough bread on the top makes this dish a home run Like most casseroles, it is simple to make and is easy to clean up I have pretty much changed the entire recipe from its original form because the original recipe was very bland and not memorable at all I hope that you enjoy this cobbler as much as we do!, What a fantastic recipe! We loved it I did make a few changes with the spices as we are not big fans of sage used a dash of sage and added a dash or 2 of poultry seasoning to the homemade mushroom soup I made I also added some Italian seasoning and greek seasoning to the topping ingredients and used only 1Tbs of parsley flakes The flavor was excellent I boiled my chicken breast and baked my potato a day before I made this recipe Made it easier to cube the chicken and potato as they were chilled Thanks so much for sharing this delicious recipe! It has went into my family’s favorite Zaar recipe cookbook 🙂
