Kittencal’s Crispy Garlic Baked Chicken,If you don’t have panko just use dry breadcrumbs,Great, tasty chicken recipe! use this recipe for chicken legs as well, though I increased the baking time and also increased the heat at the end to brown them on both sides – about one hour total. (Note: My oven is vintage and is what was considered a “slow oven” back in the day, so your cooking time should be less.) This recipe definitely passed the test for the picky eaters in my house who won’t eat chicken skin unless it’s crunchy!,Hello! I was wondering if the bottom side of the chicken breasts get crispy as well, or should I turn them sometime during the cooking process? Thanks in advance for your help! JL

Dip the Breast Into the Melted Butter Turning a Few Times to Coat Generously, Then Coat in the Breading Mixture Pressing Down Firmly With Hands to Adhere the Coating to the Breast (you May Need to Turn the Chicken Breast a Few Time to Coat Well). |
