Lemon, Sage and Garlic Roast Chicken, Serve this with some roasted or baked Potatoes and salad for a good meal I found this recipe on another site This recipe is easy to double , Great recipe! The chicken was tender and full of flavor I took the recommendation of another reviewer, and cooked for 30 minutes at 400, then 45 minutes longer at 350 I also put the chopped garlic under the skin, along with the sage and lemon Definately a keeper for me!
