Crepes,You can do SO much with a crepe. Make many different desserts.,Very tasty. My favourite with lemon and sugar. Question – how do I mix liquid with dry ingredients without lumps ? I have got by this by putting mixture through fine sieve b4 putting in measuring jug 2 use when cooking. Thanks Nick,Has anyone pre made the batter and stored in the fridge for a day or 2? I wanna take them to the cabin but wanna pre mix everything in a bottle so its easy to cook when we get there!
