Salmon Patties With Lemon Sauce

Features:
    Cuisine:

I am only reviewing the lemon sauce and the method, because used my regular ingredients for the patties.
I love the method. Measured 1/4 cup into 8 muffin cups and it worked just right. Only cooked for 25 minutes (my recipe has less liquid, maybe that was why).
Enjoyed the lemon sauce, but next time I will add another tablespoon or two of lemon juice to make it more lemony.
Thanks for saving me from having to make patties and stand and fry!

Salmon Patties With Lemon Sauce, This is an impressive main dish–no one will believe this is from a can , I am only reviewing the lemon sauce and the method, because used my regular ingredients for the patties I love the method Measured 1/4 cup into 8 muffin cups and it worked just right Only cooked for 25 minutes (my recipe has less liquid, maybe that was why) Enjoyed the lemon sauce, but next time I will add another tablespoon or two of lemon juice to make it more lemony Thanks for saving me from having to make patties and stand and fry!, This was very easy to put togther & tasted pretty good, though we found it a bit bland I made 6, rather than 8 patties & even with the larger size, found them a bit overdone at 45 minutes If there hadn’t been any sauce, I think they would have been a bit dry
