Indian Home Fries,Adapted from the Potato Harvest Cookbook, this is an Indian recipe. The potatoes come out with a nice golden crust!,Flavorful and delicious!!! I made with sweet potatoes because that’s what I had on hand. Next time I will skip the boiling, because I prefer a firmer potato. Thanks for a great recipe!,Wow, these are good! They were the main part of last night’s breakfast for dinner. The potatoes were on a plate with bacon and eggs. The amazing flavors of the potatoes were really the star of the show. This is a recipe that I will surely make again.
