Wash the Shrimp and Pat Them Dry With Paper Towels. |

in a Medium Bowl, Combine Shrimp, 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil, Garlic, Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, 1/2 Teaspoon Salt, and 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper. |
