Mix Yogurt, Tahini, Lemon Juice, Water and Garlic Until Smooth. |

Cut Yellow Pepper Lengthwise Into Strips About 1/8 Inch Wide, Then Cut Strips in Half and Place Decoratively on Pitas. |
