    I'm sure I reviewed this recipe way back at Halloween time but it doesn't seem to be here anymore... I must say I was disappointed with this recipe - I love pumpkin seeds & garlic but the combination just didn't taste right to me. The method made nice crispy seeds, though.

And delicious My kids inhale these , I’m sure I reviewed this recipe way back at Halloween time but it doesn’t seem to be here anymore I must say I was disappointed with this recipe – I love pumpkin seeds & garlic but the combination just didn’t taste right to me The method made nice crispy seeds, though , Was never a pumpkin seed eater, but thought I’d try some recipes, and this one I love!!!! I can’t walk through the kitchen for anything without grabbing a handful of these I doubled the recipe and am still not certain that the DH will have any to enjoy when he gets home! Happy Halloween!!

    Rinse the Seeds Under Running Water-Don't Be Too Particular, Just Get the Big Strands.

    Pile Seeds on a Cookie Sheet With Sides, Sprinkle With Garlic Salt, and Put the Butter in the Middle.

    Bake at 325 Degrees For 1 Hour, Stirring After 10 Minutes to Distribute Butter, Then Several More Times.
