Cheesy Summer Squash Casserole Recipe – Perfect for Family Dinners

Features:
    Cuisine:

I love making this recipe because of its simplicity. There are others out there but when the ingredient list gets too long, I lose interest. I have made this recipe for many friends and family. It's always a hit. When I send them the recipe, they cannot believe how simple it is to make. I do add more summer squash than the recipe calls for as I have an abundance from my garden. I double the amount 3 lbs of squash which is about 6 cups drained for double recipe. The rest of the ingredients remains the same. Enjoy!
