    Bake For About an Hour Until the Center Is Set. Because of All the Cheese It Will Never Leave a Completely Dry Knife . I Make Sure the Center Isn't Jiggly and the Knife Is Mostly Dry.

    Let Set 10 Minutes and Serve With the Sour Cream and Avocado.
