Honey Mustard Wedges With Sea Salt And Cracked

Features:
    Cuisine:

Great potatoes that went well with burgers that DH put on the grill and Tisme's Recipe #302412. used baking potatoes and after reading happynana's review added more honey mustard and also used a ziploc bag to mix. Instead of sea salt used kosher salt which was what I had on hand. Lined a cookie sheet with parchment paper and turned the fries a couple of times. After one hour the fries were nice an golden and tasted very good. Thank you hon for a wonderful french fry recipe! Made and reviewed for the Aussie Recipe Swap #31
