Directions
Honey-Balsamic Baked Chicken Breasts with Tomatoes, Mushrooms a, This is a flavorful recipe, makes a pretty presentation, and with a side-dish of rice, makes an entire meal. Quick to throw together, too., I followed the directions exactly even though I knew 50+ minutes was way too long to bake boneless chicken breasts at 425 degrees. I did 50 minutes, and the chicken was way too overcooked. I would make this again and lower the time by 10 minutes at 400. The flavor was good, but I added garlic and onions to the recipe leaving out the rosemary. Always listen to your own knowledge., Drain the tomatoes or not?
