Sicilian Tomato & Onion Salad, I found this recipe in an attempt for something different to use up an over abundance of summer tomatoes! The garlic salt brings out the juices in the tomatoes, it works as an acid, so there is no need for vinegar My family just went nuts over this! Great as a side dish or as a lite lunch! The ratio of vegetables can be adjusted to suit your own taste , You know I found that I like this recipe but I tweaked it from olive oil and instead used Wishbone Italian dressing and its absolutely delicious ??, So many tomatoes and I found this salad recipe; wow This was really good but I didn’t use the oregano; instead I added chopped parsley and chopped chives This simple recipe is a keeper I served it with sour dough bread Thank you for posting
