Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares,This is my favorite treat at Christmas time. It’s super easy, too!,Good recipe, super simple. Being 30 years old and having never made these, I really did think they were more complex, and with more ingredients. This was very easy, low mess, and super tasty! My one main issue…who’s putting this in a 9×13 pan? It barely filled the bottom of the pan, so I quickly cleaned it out and into an 8×8 so the bars would have some heft to them. I don’t think anyone wants a thin wafer… we prefer ours to big big and thick like Rice Krispy Squares. Don’t make the same mistake!,I made this for the first time and it was delicious. They didn’t last long. I put pan in freezer while melting ingredients as per the tip from Julia M. I made it exactly as the recipe stated. Did not add extra marshmallow and found it to be just fine. I did lay a row of marshmallow on bottom of pan and mix the remaining in to the melted mixture and then poured over top the marshmallow layer in the pan. Will definitely be making this this over and over again. I already bought bags of marshmallows to make again.
