Apples With Honey,I found this Lebanese recipe in a Mediterranean cookbook & thought it would be delicious.,An easy and delicious way to dress up apples. Served over a scoop of vanilla ice cream!,Delicious! Made as written right down to using quartered apples which made the pieces way to large. Next time will cut the wedges down to maybe about 1/16 . Found the flavors delightful and loved the golden brown color of the apples. Will make again. Thanks so much for the post.
